Pricing & Insurance Accepted for Counseling & Services
Brain Advancement Center of Cheyenne, WY, offers a variety of payment options for our counseling, and our alternative treatments. We can offer counseling and some neurofeedback sessions, as well as Life Coaching and Energy work both in-person and remotely for customers across Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska. Some of our alternative treatments can be available remotely anywhere you are. HEMO-encephalography (HEG), other brain training and assessments and Bio-tuning sessions must be conducted in person at our office. Not all services are guaranteed to be covered by your health plan. Please check with your health plan provider for specific information about which services are covered for you and your family.

Self-Pay Options
When insurance cannot be billed or individuals do not have this coverage, we offer a discounted rate of $125.00 per counseling session and other self-pay options for other services listed below. When insurance is billed, you are responsible for deductible amounts and any up front fees based on your health plan coverage. Be sure to contact your health plan directly to understand your coverage. We do offer payment plans in specific instances. Please contact us for more information and to request our financial policy and consents.
